Tour Details:  Your day begins with complimentary drive to the start of the trail at 412m above sea level.  Ride the ridgeline of the Coromandel Ranges through a remote bush track, pine forest and exclusive farmland. Pass through White Star Station, well known for its bush lodges, hereford cattle, manuka honey and pony trekking.  Collect your thoughts at the Mahamudra Centre, a Tibetan Buddhist Retreat with its not to be missed Stupa at the gateway entrance. Drop-in visitors are welcome to see their beautiful Buddhist artwork, have a cup of tea or coffee, browse through the shop, or relax in the gardens.

Your Colville destination features a very iconic store and a couple of very cool cafes.  Local Art Studios add their individual flavours to your day.  Explore the inner harbour heading past what was the old Tokatea Hotel now re-sited on Wharf Road. Further along was the old Colville butchery/bakery from 1875 now beautifully restored. Stop off at the end of Wharf Road and imagine what was once a busy wharf dating back to the late 1890’s.
