Long Bay/Tucks Beach/Wyuna Bay

Distance 6-12kms
Difficulty Suitable for all levels to Long Bay.  Some steeper hills to Wyuna Bay could be a challenge but click the gears down to low, click up to turbo and let the bike take you. Keep pedalling of course!  Not suitable for children under 16 years old.

Explore the inner harbour en route, ride out on the Coromandel Wharf and observe the oyster farm at McGregor’s Bay.  Head out to the beautiful Long Bay and Tucks Beach, popular holiday destinations with sheltered bays and gorgeous beaches.  Enjoy an ice cream on the beach or pre-order fish n chips from Coromandel Takeways for a lunch stop.  Park up the bike and take a short walk to view the 330 year old Kauri located on the Long Bay Kauri Walk.  For a longer option and a place admired from afar, the beautiful sandy beach at Wyuna Bay is now achievable on an electric bike.  Cruise the hills and enjoy the magnificent views out over the Hauraki Gulf, site of a large number of mussel farms. Stop for a dip in the water at any number of locations or arrange to visit some of our Art Studios dotted along the way.

Approximate Cost: From $30 per person.  We will provide map, helmet, bike lock and hi visibility vest.  Pannier bags from $5 each.
